Tubtim Siam Thai massage

All massages have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. We don't have dedicated parking available at our location, so you need to spare some time to find your parking. We are not responsible for any issues related to the damage on individual vehicles or parking issues.

Late Arrival

We regret that late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled appointments. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will be shortened in order to keep on schedule. No full or partial refunds will be given. When it seems that you are going to arrive late, please text/call us or let us know in advance.

Cancellation/Reschedule

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at lest 4 hours before the session; otherwise, we consider this a delayed reschedule or cancellation, and you be billed charged 100% of treatments scheduled. Please understand us that when the appointment is scheduled, the spot is reserved for you. Even if the client does not show up, the spa must pay its staff. This strategy enables us to keep excellent workers.

Session Reduction

To reduce the massage session, please let us know at least 4 hours before the session; otherwise, we consider this a delayed reduction notice. The delayed reduction will be billed charged 100% of the reduced session. For example, when you book 90-minute massage, and later you want to get only 60 minutes massage because you need to leave early. Without 4-hour notice in advance, you will be billed charged 100% for the whole session scheduled (90 minutes). Please understand us that when the appointment is scheduled, the whole spot is reserved for you. The spa must pay its staff. This strategy enables us to keep excellent workers.

We understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as car problems, business meetings, and children’s illnesses are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a massage appointment. However, you need to let us know at least 4 hours before your appointment (as stated in cancellation/reschedule policy). Clients who fail to show for appointments without any notice will be billed charged 100% of treatments scheduled and blocked from future bookings.
