Seeking services outside a scope of massage therapy will be asked to leave. At TubTim Siam Thai Massage, all health and safety protocols to provide exceptional services are our top priority. Clients must follow health and safety guidelines.

• This is a LEGITIMATE massage establishment! NO SEXUAL STIMULATION OR SERVICES. If you disobey this fundamental rule then our certified massage therapists will discontinue your massage and you will still have to pay the full price. Anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our massage establishment atmosphere will be asked to leave.

•  Arrive 10 min before your session starts. A late arrival will shorten your original massage time (to be respectful of clients who are booked after you), and you will still have to pay the full price. We encourage you to keep your valuable belongings at home.

•  CANCELLATION POLICY: We all know that time is the most important resource we have. With a reputable credit card, we require that appointments be safeguarded against delayed cancellation or postponing. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee from the full amount of service value. This also applies to appointments made same day. The cancellation fee goes directly to the therapist for their reserved time.

•  Stay home if you are sick.  Please call us to reschedule.

•  Communicate with your therapist during the session for the most satisfying outcome.

•  Clients are prohibited from bringing additional people with them to their appointment. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. 

•  Gratuity is very much appreciated. Our services do not include tips. Your therapist expects 20% tip or higher. Cash or Venmo preferred.
